The Role and What You’ll Do:

The Account Manager, Collegiate Athletics Travel Support will oversee multiple conferences with the complex management and execution of collegiate team and administrative travel. The position is remote and is a representative of Anthony Travel a division of On Location.

• Arrange all aspects of individual athletic travel, including GDS air, hotel, and car.

• Provide emergency and after-hours support to the athletics department.

• Assist in booking and managing small charter planes and helicopters for both administrative and recruiting travel.

• Administrative duties such as invoicing team buses and hotel payments.

• Arrange all aspects of athletic team travel, including group air, hotel contracts, and charter buses

• Maintain a professional working relationship with the clients while representing the partnership.

You Have These:

• Minimum of 2 years in the sports, travel and/or hospitality industry 

• Knowledge of Sabre or similar GDS.

• Knowledge and experience of collegiate athletics and/or athletics travel.

• Experience with booking and/or executing group travel (Air-Hotel-Bus).

• Knowledge of general office PC-based programs, including Microsoft Office 365.

• Excellent judgment and decision-making skills.

• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work at a highly efficient level.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to produce accurate work under strict deadlines.

• Teamwork, reliability, and trust are key to this position. Following a dedicated work schedule as well as prompt responsiveness to clients, vendors, and teammates alike is a requirement.
