The Women’s Ministry Director prayerfully oversees the spiritual, relational, organizational and functional direction of Heartline Women’s Ministry at Crossline Church by submitting to church leadership, partnering with the Women’s Ministry staff and Community Leaders, and equipping, training, and supporting leaders and volunteers for the work of the ministry.
