Essential Job Duties | The Associate Athletics Director for Compliance will assist the Senior Associate Athletics Director for Compliance with the development and implementation of a comprehensive NCAA Division I athletics compliance program. Within the context of ensuring compliance with NCAA and ACC rules for all constituencies of the Athletics Department, this includes, but is not limited to: education, interpretations, monitoring, waivers, investigation and reporting of violations of NCAA and ACC rules, the development and implementation of policies and procedures that govern the compliance program; and the development of tools and systems to capture data/information to monitor/ensure compliance with NCAA and ACC rules.
