Rice Memorial Hospital is a 12 LDRP room facility delivering approximately 600 babies a year! Join our team and work alongside our tenured staff as you guide moms and welcome new babies into the world, bring healing and comfort to patients on our unit, and collaborate to provide the best patient care possible.  

Women and Children's Health at Rice Memorial Hospital has 3 components: Labor & Delivery, Pediatrics and Women's Health making this a great position to learn and grow, whether you are a new grad or join our tenured RNs! The unit has 12 LDRP rooms OR delivering approximately 600 babies a year! 

What you’ll have:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure in the State of Minnesota.
• Understanding of the range of treatment needed by patients of all ages in relation to the growth and development processes to include neonate, child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.

(The Registered Nurse is the basic level of professional nursing practice. She/he identifies and implements nursing interventions that have less predictable outcomes and evaluates the results of these interventions for a given patient population. A nurse at this level may be required to assume leadership responsibility.)

*Relocation assistance requirements: Must accept a position that offers benefits. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from Willmar, Minnesota and relocate to within 30 miles any time before and no later than 120 days after you start work. May not have worked for CentraCare in the past nine months.
