Women's Athletics Director directs all facets of a university/college's women's athletic program, including intramural and intercollegiate sports. Manages the entire women's coaching staff. Being a Women's Athletics Director schedules use of facilities, transportation, and sporting events. Also responsible for fundraising, publicity, ticket pricing and distribution, and purchase of new equipment. Additionally, Women's Athletics Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Women's Athletics Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. (The Registered Nurse is the basic level of professional nursing practice. She/he identifies and implements nursing interventions that have less predictable outcomes and evaluates the results of these interventions for a given patient population. A nurse at this level may be required to assume leadership responsibility.)

*Relocation assistance requirements: Must accept a position that offers benefits. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from Willmar, Minnesota and relocate to within 30 miles any time before and no later than 120 days after you start work.
