The Madison Route Driver position is responsible for delivering products to customer locations and maintaining superior customer service. This position is 100% touch freight.

New Drivers make $26.25 per hour during training. Once you are released on your own you will make a flat hourly rate plus case rate! We also offer abilities to earn extra income through incentive and safety programs. This position is Monday - Friday with varying dispatch and end times depending on the days route.

Qualifications:

• Clean driving record.
• Must be able to work with limited supervision.
• Possess a current Commercial Driver License/Class A.
• Ability to unload product of varying weights at customer locations using hand trucks and ramps.
• Have a professional and courteous manner with people. You are the face of the company for our customers!
• Good attendance.
• Reading, writing and math skills.
• Organizational skills to maintain daily logs and accurate reporting.
• Position must pass a post offer drug test, DOT physical and background check.
