Wood is currently seeking skilled Lease Operators to join our team. As a Production Oilfield Lease Operator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of oil and gas wells, as well as associated equipment and facilities within a specified production zone. Your primary duties will involve ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all equipment and facilities, monitoring production rates, and conducting routine maintenance and repairs as necessary.
This is a full-time position that may entail working on weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. You will report to the Production Manager and work from an oil and gas production site.
Location: Alvarado, TX
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday. This is a locally based schedule. Due to the nature of this full-time, long-term position, candidates are required to reside within a 50-mile radius or 1 hour drive of the site. This schedule allows you to return home every night, and as such, there are no accommodations provided for man-camps or housing per diem.
