The AP/Contracts Administrator administrates 3-5 active multi-family construction projects simultaneously from buy-out through project close. Responsible for compliance review and distribution of contracts, weekly and monthly payables through various electronic systems, and general team support.

This is a temp-to-perm position with a great company.

Job Duties:

• Issue Contracts, Purchase Orders and Change Orders to Subcontractors and Vendors through Procore.
• Secure and maintain current certificates of insurance for all Subcontractors and Vendors.
• Reconcile and enter Vendor invoices into Payscan.
• Process Subcontractor draws in Textura.
• Track Preliminary Lien Notices and Waivers.
• Monitor the release of payments.
• Coordinate closeout documentation.
• Monthly, time-sensitive report generation and distribution.
• Provide general support for Project teams (Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, Superintendent).

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• 2 years of current construction experience.
• Strong MS Office Skills including Excel, Word & Outlook.
• Knowledge of Arizona, Texas & Colorado Mechanic’s Lien Laws, Forms & Waivers.
• Previous experience with Yardi and/or Textura and/or Procore also helpful.
• Familiar with General Liability, Workers Compensation and Auto insurance terminology.
