Forklift Operator

Location: 5 Sidney Ct.-Lindenhurst-New York

Duration: 40 days

Shift: 2nd Shift ( 12pm - 8pm )

Job Description:

Forklift Operator Responsibilities

• The Forklift Operator position is responsible for loading and unloading products from all Company transport vehicles.
• Operate forklift to load/unload route trucks and inter-branch trailers.
• Maintain ORACLE inventory control.
• Input loads in and out of ORACLE.
• Maintain clean, orderly warehouse and loading areas.
• Participate in daily inventory activities including cycle counts.
• Verify load sheets and ensure trucks receive correct equipment and product loads.
• Responsible for ordering all products, as well as inventory control.
• Support Operations team as needed.

Qualifications

• Forklift Certification is required.
• Previous fork lift operation experience.
• Basic computer/data entry skills and math abilities.Physically able to safely lift bottles and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as needed.
• Able to meet Company driver qualification policy.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:

• Forklift: 4 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Forklift Certification (Preferred)
