Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Perfect Bind Operator at Freeport Press located in New Philadelphia, OH. The Perfect Bind Operator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to the production, binding, and finishing of print materials. This includes operating and maintaining binding machines, monitoring production processes to ensure quality standards are met, and troubleshooting any equipment issues. The Perfect Bind Operator will also collaborate closely with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

Experience in operating and maintaining binding machines

Knowledge of print production processes and quality control

Ability to read and interpret job instructions and specifications

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Physical dexterity and ability to lift and move heavy materials

Experience in the printing or related industry is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent

Salary: $19.56 - $23.56 per hour
