Part-Time Supervisor

Undergrounds Coffee House And Roastery in Buffalo, NY is looking for Part-Time supervisors to join our strong team. We have two locations, 580 South Park Avenue, and in the Plaza at Seneca One Tower. We prefer someone who is willing to work at both locations. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and engaged.

Responsibilities

*Opening and closing the store to standard *Deployment of employees working your shifts *Motivate staff keeping them on task and assisting when needed *Ensuring daily tasks are completed *Cash management *Customer relations, including addressing any issues that arise *Modeling professionalism and friendliness at all times, holding yourself and other employees to the standard set by the management team

Qualifications

*Experience working as a supervisor *Strong communication skills with the ability to listen effectively *Ability to train and lead a team to success *Outstanding organizational skills

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $15.70 - $16.80/hour.
