Wordprocessing Supervisor supervises the daily operations of the word processing division. Plans, assigns, and reviews word processing work to ensure timely completion. Being a Wordprocessing Supervisor is responsible for the purchase, usage, maintenance and storage of the sophisticated word processing equipment. May require an associate degree or its equivalent. Additionally, Wordprocessing Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Wordprocessing Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. Pay rate: $18-$19 per hour
Days & Times: Monday to Friday (and every other weekend)
Hours may start as early as 7 am and may work as late as 11 pm; can vary from day to day basis
- hours will be discussed during the interview.
Criminal History check, drug screen, and e-Verify required
Valid driver's license required. Motor Vehicle Report required
Responsibilities:
- Review assignments with Area Manager and maintain contact with Support team.
- Perform site inspections.
- Maintain and establish lines of communication with customers.
- Assist with scheduling cleaning teams.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year (we'd love more!) of supervisory experience
- At least 1 year (we'd love more!) of janitorial experience
- Must maintain a clear driving record.
- Ability to lift 30 lbs. on a continuous basis and occasionally up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
- Able to bend, kneel, stoop, reach, and climb stairs for extended periods of time.
- Ability to pass background check, MVR, drug screen, and e-Verify.
