Work/Life Program Manager designs and implements wellness and work-life programs and policies to build a positive and appealing company culture that will enhance employee engagement, facilitate recruiting, and support productivity improvements. Partners with insurers, healthcare providers, and vendors to introduce wellbeing awareness with on-site health events, classes, assessments/screenings, and information resources. Being a Work/Life Program Manager develops and implements work-life programs to provide employees with flexible work arrangements, financial planning, family/child care resources, transportation, memberships, discounts, and educational opportunities. Collects and analyzes information about employment trends and employee workplace needs by conducting surveys or feedback sessions. The Program Manager works daytime hours, Monday through Friday, with rotating on-call, and is based in the residential office in Quakertown although travel to other BARC Developmental Services locations is expected. The starting salary range for this position is $50,000 to $55,000 per year based on experience. Plus $ 1500.00 Sign-on-Bonus, paid time off, and 12 paid Holidays a year. The Program Manager, with the leadership of the Residential Director, is responsible to the individuals supported for providing therapeutic relationships, program/support plan writing and review, care and other related support activities. The Program Manager ensures supports to individuals are occurring in both home and community settings as guided by the Program Director. The Program Manager works to maintain and exceed regulatory compliance requirements for 6600 (ICF/ID) regulations. The Program Manager will ensure that individuals remain in compliance with waiver requirements at all times. The PM manages multiple homes staffing and oversees all associates requirements, so must have 2 years supervisory experience. The Program Manager may be expected to fulfill portions of other Program Manager duties in the absence of department member(s).
