Work/Life Program Manager designs and implements wellness and work-life programs and policies to build a positive and appealing company culture that will enhance employee engagement, facilitate recruiting, and support productivity improvements. Partners with insurers, healthcare providers, and vendors to introduce wellbeing awareness with on-site health events, classes, assessments/screenings, and information resources. Being a Work/Life Program Manager develops and implements work-life programs to provide employees with flexible work arrangements, financial planning, family/child care resources, transportation, memberships, discounts, and educational opportunities. Collects and analyzes information about employment trends and employee workplace needs by conducting surveys or feedback sessions. Additionally, Work/Life Program Manager may manage on-site fitness facilities. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a senior management. The Work/Life Program Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Work/Life Program Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.      POSITION TYPE 
    • This position is FULL-TIME & benefit eligible.
    DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    The candidate would be responsible for strategically guiding federally/ civilian contracted staff associated with assigned programs to ensure they are all working effectively with company policy. The ideal candidate should have experience managing a diverse workforce within the federal contracting industry. and will be responsible for performing multiple program, financial, and administrative tasks. Your main functions are to manage all Tridant Solutions Inc. staff within the program's operations and complete all associated program management administrative tasks. These functions include but are not limited to: 
    • Daily program management throughout the program lifecycle  
    • Coordinate the projects and their interdependencies.   
    • Align deliverables to the program’s outcome which includes direct interaction with DOD- COR, and civilian clients/ agencies, ensuring operating protocols or standards and conducting periodic on-site visits for quality assurance. 
    • Plan the overall program and monitor the progress.  
    • Manage resources across projects including cost tracking, forecasting, purchasing, issuing vendor invoices for payment, and scheduling. 
    • Manage risks and issues, including research and development, taking corrective measurements, and reporting all possible key operational, scheduling, deadline, & or staff concerns.  
    • Document management- Completing & submitting direct reports for all locations on time, staff certification tracking, completing internal/ external forms, filing, submitting invoices & purchase receipts, etc. 
    • Travel planning  
    • Business development including attending annual conferences/ workshops. 
    • Vendor sourcing. 
    • Conducting program staff performance reviews 
    • Attend Senior management meetings as required.
    • Brief senior management directly on all programs’ P&L positions, schedules, deliverables status, and other required information to chart and direct the flow of program management.  
    • Completing all other associated program management administrative tasks (not listed above) as required.  

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS   
     
    • Must have a secret clearance or the ability to obtain one.  
    • Bachelor's degree in business development, project management, or related field.  
    • In place of education, you must have a minimum of five (5) years of consecutive work experience as a program/ project manager in the contracting industry working with associated DoD agencies (I.e., Army, Navy, Air Force, etc.) and/or Federal Civilian agencies 
    • Must Understand D.O.D. requirements, and F.A.R. regulations. 
    • Must have OSHA, workers comp, and workplace safety document management & reporting experience  
    • Must have experience managing service subcontractors.  
    • Must have quality assurance and contractual monthly reporting experience 
    • Must have excellent Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and Docu-Sign. 
     
    Physical Requirements:  
    • Must be able to lift-up to 25 pounds.

    • Monday- Friday 
    • 8:30 AM- 6:00 PM PST (hours are subject to change per operational need) 
    • Additional workdays (I.e., weekends, and or federal holidays) may be required to meet operational deadlines.

    • Remote/ Hybrid 
    Travel  
    • Is required as needed to visit and or monitor staff at associated program worksites.
    • The candidate will be entitled to expenses reimbursed* (*=restrictions on reimbursement items may apply) by the Joint Travel Regulations/ JTR and reimbursed per the current GSA rate at the time of travel.
