The Nest Coffee House seeks to hire an energetic, flexible, shop manager with experience in the food service/coffee shop industry who will be responsible for the daily operations of our coffee shop. The manager's principal responsibilities are to supervise staff, oversee kitchen processes, oversee ordering, perform maintenance and repairs, process payments, and maintain a clean and presentable environment within the coffee house. The ideal candidate will have both management and leadership skills and will be able to ensure that all duties within the coffee shop are executed with customer service in mind.
