Work/Life Program Manager designs and implements wellness and work-life programs and policies to build a positive and appealing company culture that will enhance employee engagement, facilitate recruiting, and support productivity improvements. Partners with insurers, healthcare providers, and vendors to introduce wellbeing awareness with on-site health events, classes, assessments/screenings, and information resources. Being a Work/Life Program Manager develops and implements work-life programs to provide employees with flexible work arrangements, financial planning, family/child care resources, transportation, memberships, discounts, and educational opportunities. Collects and analyzes information about employment trends and employee workplace needs by conducting surveys or feedback sessions. Additionally, Work/Life Program Manager may manage on-site fitness facilities. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a senior management. The Work/Life Program Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Work/Life Program Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Residential Program Manager, Worcester, MA

  • Key is looking for a Residential Program Supervisor (Program Supervisor) to join their supervisory/clinical team and be the leader in their DCF Emergency Residence program for up to nine (9) adolescent girls, located in Worcester.  We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference in the lives of these young ladies by running the day-to-day operations of the program and creating a structured, therapeutic, and trauma sensitive environment where the youth can thrive; and someone who can lead a team of direct care staff to share in the program’s goals and mission.     

    $5K Hiring Bonus to be paid in two equal payments of $2,500 at 3 months of service and $2,500 at 6 months of service. 


    What you will do…

    • Manage all areas of program administration, client and family services, and staff training
    • Ensure clients receive quality services that comply with standards and regulations  
    • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with funding sources and collateral services  
    • Promote family-centered and strength-based philosophies within the program  
    • Collaborate with program clinician and regional clinical team to ensure program and treatment services are aligned  
    • Orient, train and supervise program and direct care staff   
    • Implement and adhere to health and safety policies and procedures  
    • Participate in regional on call and back up schedule (includes night and weekend coverage)  
    • Ability to work beyond a traditional schedule. Schedule includes some nights, weekends and holidays shifts

    What you bring…

     

    • Bachelor’s degree in human services related field is required, a Master’s degree preferred
    • 1-3 years’ supervisory experience in a residential setting
    • Prior experience in MA DEEC licensing is preferred, not required.
    • All candidates must be 21 years of age or older
    • Must have a valid state driver’s license an legally registered and insured car for work use
