We seek talented team members who are organized, detail-oriented and adaptable. A college degree or relevant, related experience preferred. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills are a must.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Requesting, organizing, and analyzing medical records
• Legal research using LexisNexis and other sources
• Preparing legal documents, including subpoenas and deposition notices
• Implementing case strategy
• Managing and prioritizing action items and tasks
• Providing superior service to our clients
• Writing, filing, scanning and indexing documents to case file
