Workers Compensation Administrator II administers the workers' compensation program for an organization. Implements a consistent process for recording, investigating, and reporting workers' compensation claims complying with laws and regulations. Being a Workers Compensation Administrator II prepares and submits required reporting and documentation to OSHA, state and local agencies, and other entities. Monitors all claims and liaises with the employees, managers, insurance representatives, union representatives, medical staff, and attorneys involved with a case. Additionally, Workers Compensation Administrator II communicates case status details and necessary information to involved parties, including notifications of hearings, outcomes, return to work, or restrictions. Performs periodic reviews of overall cases to identify trends. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all regulations and laws for reporting workers' compensation. May coordinate or assist with safety programs focused on injury prevention or facilitate accommodations for workers. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Workers Compensation Administrator II occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     WHO YOU ARE: 

    As the Head of Compensation, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing compensation strategies that align with the organization's overall objectives. This leadership position requires a deep understanding of compensation principles, market trends, and a strategic mindset to ensure the company attracts, retains, and motivates top talent. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, executives, and the People team to design and manage comprehensive compensation programs.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:  

    Compensation Strategy and Analytics:

    • Develop and implement a holistic compensation strategy that supports the organization's business objectives and talent acquisition and retention goals.
    • Evaluate and adjust short and long term incentive and equity-based compensation programs in partnership with finance and legal.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, market benchmarks, and best practices to ensure the company's compensation programs remain competitive.
    • Conduct regular market analyses to benchmark the organization's compensation packages against industry standards and competitors.
    • Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions on salary structures, pay scales, and bonus programs.

    Total Rewards Strategy:

    • Develop and implement a holistic total rewards strategy encompassing compensation, benefits, recognition, and non-monetary benefits.
    • Collaborate with partners to ensure a seamless integration of compensation programs with broader talent management and employee engagement strategies.

    Compensation Management

    • Partner with finance and leadership to develop and manage the compensation budget.
    • Design, implement, and manage processes for periodic compensation reviews.
    • Assist with financial analysis and reporting on compensation and total rewards-related expenses.

     Communication and Education:

    • Design and implement communication strategies to educate employees about the organization's compensation philosophy, programs, and opportunities.
    • Provide training to HR professionals, managers, and executives on compensation-related matters.

    Policy Development and Compliance:

    • Develop, update, and enforce compensation policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and alignment with organizational values.
    • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address any regulatory changes affecting compensation.

    WHAT YOU’LL NEED:  

    • Proven experience in compensation management, with a track record of successfully designing and implementing compensation strategies.
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in compensation data analysis tools.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels.
    • In-depth knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
    • Strategic thinking and the ability to align compensation programs with broader business goals.
    • Relevant master’s degree or certification (e.g., CCP, GRP) is a plus.
