Volt is hiring an Industrial Engineer work onsite in Lock Haven, PA in a Direct Hire opportunity.
As the Industrial Engineer, you will:

• Develops/processes work centers, routers, Engineering Change Notifications, and product structures.
• Responsible for taking, recording, establishing, and updating time studies of manufacturing operations.
• Interfaces with Process Engineering regarding processes they have selected on new products.
• Makes recommendations regarding methods improvements on existing products.
• Responsible for continually improving current processes by analyzing direct/indirect labor, equipment, and processing costs to insure the most economical manufacturing procedures and processes are utilized.
• Position requires compliance with the Technology Control Plan and the Federal Export Control Policy established for the Corporation.

This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering field required.
• Experience with wire cut to length, Terminal applicator press, Sonic splicing, Cirris test.

• Knowledge of Root Cause / Corrective Action Analysis

• Experience with CAD and MS Office.

Salary: $80K annually *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
