Utilizes hiring, sourcing, attrition, and productivity metrics to provide actionable insights about the current and future states of a workforce. Being a Workforce Analyst applies predictive models and methods to develop short and long-term forecasts. Produces reports and visualizations that provide easy to understand information required for decision making. Additionally, Workforce Analyst typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Workforce Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. The North Carolina Division and South Atlantic Division Director of Workforce Health and Safety ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall function, staffing, planning, and budget of the Occupational and Employee Health programs.
The Division Director of Workforce Health and Safety facilitates change management and fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration and supports the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures in support of facility objectives.
In order to be considered for this role, candidates must reside near or be willing to relocate to one of the markets this leadership position supports which includes: Asheville, NC, Charleston, SC, Savannah, GA, or Jacksonville, FL.
Education & Experience:
Ability to communicate effectively with corporate, group, division and hospital in order to meet the program goals and objectives
Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of existing methods and procedures
Ability to handle multiple priorities at once with minimal supervision
Ability to strategize, plan, organize, and execute to meet set goals
