Workforce Management Analyst Job description:
· Analyze and develop creative solutions to address payroll costs, labor hours and related expense variances
· Clearly present analysis to management to better make informed and timely decisions
· Work closely with Staffing Coordinators and HRs to assist and support in facility staffing needs and ensure protocols are being followed
· Ensure facilities are staffing, recruiting, and hiring effectively
Workforce Management Analyst Qualifications:
· Ambitious and a natural leader
· Enjoy working with numbers and analyzing them
· Great communicator and ability to be gentle yet assertive and convincing
· Previous experience working with excel preferred
