Being a Workforce Analyst applies predictive models and methods to develop short and long-term forecasts. Produces reports and visualizations that provide easy to understand information required for decision making. Additionally, Workforce Analyst typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. The Medical Professional Work Force Analyst (Analyst) manages the Workforce of a group of medical professionals and scheduling processes. In this role, the Analyst manages our EMR and any related Workforce Management System and associated staffing to ensure an orderly scheduling process. The analyst aims to optimize service levels to include scheduling and provider utilization that ensures the efficient use of valuable staffing resources. The Analyst partners with senior-level leaders to determine the schedules required to meet the expected service-level goals. Through the use of strong analytical and communication skills, works to achieve operational excellence by ensuring patient access to our high-quality medical professionals.
