Supports Field and home office leaders in determining the impact of various business initiatives. Serves as a subject matter expert on field KPI's and other operational performance information. Works independently to perform work assignments. This role performs reporting and analysis to provide insights and recommendations to the team. Supports decision making through modeling and projections. Develops targets for key performance indicators, assesses trends, and identifies outliers to drive business results. Assists in workforce planning and offers guidance and training to field leaders. Supports operational initiatives and evaluates their effectiveness. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to address inquiries, resolve unique situations, and manage ad-hoc requests. Mentors team members. Individuals at this level are considered fully competent to independently perform work assignments.What you will doSupports workforce planning and performs advanced business analyses for retail locations.Provides insights and recommendations through timely and accurate reporting to field leaders and senior management. Evaluates trends and identifies outliers.Develops financial models to aid in investment decisions.
