March – June 2023, 3 to 5 8-hour days per week-renewable for subsequent terms

New Hampshire Technical Institute is seeking qualified individuals who are interested in contract teaching at the College in both a classroom and clinical setting; strong academic background is required. The focus area is medical assisting.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: A minimum of an earned Associate’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university, with a major field of study in nursing or medical assisting.

Experience: Minimum of Three (3) years of practicing as a nurse or medical assistant with an aptitude for teaching in the field.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university, with a major field of study in nursing or medical assisting.
• CMA or RMA Certification
• Higher education teaching experience in the allied health field.

Salary is commensurate with experience.

Scope of Work:

To coordinate course, course delivery and program activities for non-credit Medical Assistant Certification Training at NHTI Concord’s Community College. The position is a contractual, temporary position for a specified contract period.
