Workforce Analyst analyzes and evaluates workforce metrics to improve human resources capacity planning and maximize labor utilization rates. Utilizes hiring, sourcing, attrition, and productivity metrics to provide actionable insights about the current and future states of a workforce. Being a Workforce Analyst applies predictive models and methods to develop short and long-term forecasts. Produces reports and visualizations that provide easy to understand information required for decision making. Additionally, Workforce Analyst typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Workforce Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     Key Responsibilities: 
    1. Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service creating an overall positive client experience prior to and during games-time. 
    2. SafeSport Training: Organize and oversee the execution of SafeSport training sessions for volunteers, ensuring all volunteers complete the necessary training. 
    3. Volunteer Inquiries: Serve as a point of contact for volunteer inquiries via phone, email, providing timely information, assistance, and guidance as required. 
    4. Role and Shift Assignments: Assist in the allocation of volunteers to specific roles and shifts, considering their skills, preferences, and event requirements. 
    5. Front-Facing Presence: Represent TrackTown USA during events by actively supporting volunteers, addressing on-site issues, and ensuring a positive volunteer experience. 
    6. Supervise the "Go Team" to provide support to various functional areas and ensure volunteer needs are addressed effectively. 
    7. Support the Workforce's social media accounts to promote volunteer opportunities, organizational events, and engage with the community. 
    8. Send regular newsletters to volunteers to keep them informed about upcoming events, initiatives, and opportunities for involvement. 
    9. Support the Plan and execute volunteer appreciation events to recognize and celebrate the contributions of volunteers to the organization's mission. 
    10. Support in the management of awards and recognition for volunteers, ensuring their efforts are acknowledged and appreciated appropriately. 
    11. Provide support and training sessions for volunteers, especially in areas such as SafeSport initiatives and specific task training. 

    Qualifications: 
    • Strong written and oral communication skills. 
    • Detail-oriented and highly organized. 
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively. 
    • Ability to work accurately and effectively on tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
    • Proficient with using computer applications (e.g. Word, Excel, cloud-based programs). 
    • Evidence of leadership experience or customer service background. 
    • Familiarity with volunteer management and event coordination is a plus. 

    Time Requirements: Assistant can expect to work 8 – 15 hours per week; however, hours may vary depending on events.

    This Assistant will be expected to be present for the following 2024 events: 
    • The Prefontaine Classic: May 24-25
    • NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships: June 5-8
    • Nike Outdoor Nationals: June 12-15
    • U.S Olympic Team Trials: June 21-30
