Workforce Analyst analyzes and evaluates workforce metrics to improve human resources capacity planning and maximize labor utilization rates. Utilizes hiring, sourcing, attrition, and productivity metrics to provide actionable insights about the current and future states of a workforce. Being a Workforce Analyst applies predictive models and methods to develop short and long-term forecasts. Produces reports and visualizations that provide easy to understand information required for decision making. Additionally, Workforce Analyst typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Workforce Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. We're looking for someone with acute attention to detail that can also meet all set deadlines and is comfortable with working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.Primary Responsibilities:
- Proofread and check submitted orders to ensure complete accuracy.
- Enter detailed orders into our ordering system from sales contracts and measure technician reports.
- Work closely with the Operations Team to ensure products are ordered correctly and in a timely manner in order to fulfill installation dates and deadlines.
- Order products for all of our service territories.
Qualifications:- 2 years of data entry experience (required)
- Strong attention to detail
- College degree preferred or equivalent experience in an office environment
- 2 years of proofreading experience
- Salesforce experience
Compensation and Benefits:- $20/hour Bonus Opportunities

Schedule:- Onsite in our Farmingdale office
- Monday-Friday; 8:30am-5:00pm
