Workforce Analyst analyzes and evaluates workforce metrics to improve human resources capacity planning and maximize labor utilization rates. Utilizes hiring, sourcing, attrition, and productivity metrics to provide actionable insights about the current and future states of a workforce. Being a Workforce Analyst applies predictive models and methods to develop short and long-term forecasts. Produces reports and visualizations that provide easy to understand information required for decision making. Additionally, Workforce Analyst typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Workforce Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. The Director of Workforce Programs will be responsible for managing and overseeing the implementation of all programs in the Workforce Development Portfolio including the GoodJobs Challenge Partnership, the Registered Apprenticeship Program and Urban College Partnership. The Director of Workforce Programs will play a critical role in increasing the number of new to the field early childhood educators in the region to help address the workforce crisis in early childhood education and creating a pathway to further develop their career advancement in early education (Lead Teacher-Director). The Director of Workforce Programs will be fully responsible for implementing the newly approved registered apprenticeship program. The Director of Workforce Programs reports to the Chief of Workforce Development. This position is Full-Time and exempt and reports to the Chief of Workforce Development. The Director of Workforce Programs will supervise the Workforce Program Manager.
