Being a Workforce Analyst applies predictive models and methods to develop short and long-term forecasts. Produces reports and visualizations that provide easy to understand information required for decision making. Additionally, Workforce Analyst typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Workforce Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Focus Workforce Management is currently seeking individuals to join our production team.
Duties
- Assemble products using hand tools and power tools
- Operate machinery and equipment to fabricate parts
- Follow blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions to ensure accurate assembly
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment preferred
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and operate machinery
- Basic mechanical knowledge and understanding of assembly processes
- Forklift certification is a plus
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
Overtime is on an as needed basis and is mandatory. Potentially 2 additional hours daily and or Saturday's (8 hours only)
