POSITION SUMMARY: Assists centers in the absence of their center payroll/benefit position with recruitment tasks to include all activities of the applicant tracking system, to include background checks and new hire On Boarding tasks. The Workforce Generalist provides assistance with applicant tracking system training for center payroll/benefit positions upon hire and applicant tracking system training for current incumbents in the center payroll/ benefit position.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Coordinates a process with the Center Executive Director for the flow of Recruitment functions in the center during the absence of the center payroll/benefit position.
2. Coordinates center applicant flow processes from sourcing through selections to include posting open positions, creating requisitions and managing them, ordering background checks, sending offer letters, inputting drug testing results and hiring.
3. Interacts with Center Nurse Executive/Center Executive Director, Scheduler and Hiring Managers.
4. Assists with the Onboarding of the new hire to include accessing I-9 and e-verify data, and On Track new hiring process.
5. Ensures that additional employment paperwork for new hire (like license/certification) is collected.
6. Performs other duties as requested.

SPECIFIC EDUCATIONAL/VOCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: 1. Bachelor degree in Human Resources and/or SPHR/PHR preferred. 2. 1-2 years previous work experience in Human Resources with proven track record preferred. 3.
