Utilizes hiring, sourcing, attrition, and productivity metrics to provide actionable insights about the current and future states of a workforce. Being a Workforce Analyst applies predictive models and methods to develop short and long-term forecasts. Produces reports and visualizations that provide easy to understand information required for decision making. Additionally, Workforce Analyst typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. This position is hybrid based out of our New London, CT Office. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.
Your impact:
The main function of the Rebate Analyst position will be to process, analyze and bill rebates for various customers. This person will eventually be the dedicated “go to” person within the company for any rebate related questions and concerns. Other responsibilities will include assistance in the review of quarterly GPO rebates along with some administrative work.
