Utilizes hiring, sourcing, attrition, and productivity metrics to provide actionable insights about the current and future states of a workforce. Being a Workforce Analyst applies predictive models and methods to develop short and long-term forecasts. Produces reports and visualizations that provide easy to understand information required for decision making. Additionally, Workforce Analyst typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Workforce Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. This role supports job seeker clients in Sarasota/Manatee with career readiness solutions such as scholarships for training, career planning including resume and job search assistance, networking and workshop events, public assistance, referrals to community resources and much more! Serve all types of clients to help them achieve their personal and financial career goals. Develop, motivate, and enhance working relationships in the local area to provide excellent client service. Empathizing, interacting, communicating with and responding to client needs and requests are essential for this position.

Requirements
Education and Experience – Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college in Business, Human Services, Education or related field plus 2 years related work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Of the 2 years related experience, a minimum of 1 year of career development experience is preferred.
