Pinnacle Roofing is seeking a Residential Project Manager in the Capital Region. As the Residential Project Manager, you will oversee residential roof replacements, ensuring safety, quality, and cleanliness on job sites.

This company services the following areas: Albany, Saratoga Springs, Clifton Park, Schenectady, Troy, Glens Falls, Queensbury, Lake George, Amsterdam, and surrounding areas.

YEAR ROUND EMPLOYMENT! A typical schedule varies by season. 50 hours per week is common during peak season (March-November). 32-40 hours per week is common during the rest of the year.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Familiarize yourself with assigned current and upcoming projects to effectively relay crucial details to field installers.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Communicate directly with customers on the day of installation, addressing any potential concerns during the process.
• Document project progress using various tools including Photo Apps and the company CRM.
• Supervise field installers, ensuring compliance with or exceeding OSHA standards.
• Submit daily job-related paperwork to efficiently track materials and time.

Qualifications:

• 2 years experience in any of the following: residential construction, roofing, home inspection, solar, landscaping, window sales/replacement, fencing, pest control, or any other home improvement services
• Experience working directly with clients (home owners)
• Supervisory experience is required
• Valid and clean Driver’s License
• Heavy lifting (50-75 pounds), ladder work and tight space work is ocassionally required
• Ability to work more than 40 hours per work week and up to 12 hours per day
