Position : Bi-lingual Translator & HR Assistant

Location : Jackson, MN

Type : Full-time Contract (Opportunity for Permanent Position)

Hours : Monday-Friday, 7 : 30am to 4 : 30pm

Pay : Starting at $21.00 / hr. and up based on experience

Job Summary :

As a Bi-lingual Translator & HR Assistant, you'll be an integral part of their HR team, working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing interpretation services during orientations and training, ensuring effective communication, and translating various documents accurately.

Responsibilities :

• Provide interpretation services during orientations and training programs.
• Translate documents, including training materials, manuals, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with HR team members for efficient task completion.
• Maintain professionalism, uphold confidentiality, and represent the organization with integrity.
• Miscellaneous HR duties as assigned.

What You Will Bring :

• Previous experience in interpretation, translation, or HR administration (preferred).
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written).
• Enthusiastic attitude and a desire to work in a dynamic HR environment.

Must pass a background check and drug screen.
