Being a Workforce Analyst applies predictive models and methods to develop short and long-term forecasts. Produces reports and visualizations that provide easy to understand information required for decision making. Additionally, Workforce Analyst typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent.     Primary Responsibilities:

    • Managing and transitioning SharePoint On-Prem Infrastructure to SharePoint Online

    • Planning & implementing approved project requests for SharePoint Online

    • Keeping up to date with SharePoint Online developments, perform PoC, and the ability to recommend and implement enhancements

    • Configuring the company SharePoint sites to specified requirements

    • Reviewing usage and activity reports and ensure optimized user-experiences

    • Work on M365 & collaboration support requests comprising OneDrive, Email, SPO, Teams & other M365 suite related products.

    • Ensuring the operational health of the M365 online environment including security, availability, performance, interoperability, and reliability

    • Administration, support and configuration M365 applications

    • Maintenance/sustainment of existing client SharePoint sites and sub sites, lists, libraries, and content (including pages, workflows, and items)

    • Maintenance, and sustainment of additional complementary functionality for customer sub sites, lists, libraries, and content

    • Administer and support Microsoft’s Exchange infrastructure

    • Troubleshoot Exchange related issues reported by the end users within the internal organization

    • Training and educating end-users on M365 capabilities and collaboration tools (OneDrive, Teams, OneNote, Outlook etc)

    • Providing end-user support for M365 desktop applications and services

    • Maintain and provide M365 support for all users within an internal organization

    • Provide M365 tier 1 and tier 2 support and troubleshooting within an internal organization

    • Troubleshoot M365 desktop application and M365 service related issues

    Required:

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related disciplines.

    • 7 years of proven experience providing M365 Administration and critical services such as Exchange, Azure Active Directory/Microsoft Entra, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint

    • Extensive knowledge of M365, Windows operating systems, and M365 applications

    • Knowledge of SharePoint tools, including ULS Logs, workflows, and SharePoint forms for tasks

    • Superb collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills

    • Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities

    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

    • Help desk experience and ability to provide technical and end-user support

    • General knowledge of networking – IP, DNS, SMTP

    • Ability to develop collaborative relationships with customers, partners, and developers across the business at all levels

    • Able to manage relationships with peers and managers as it relates to support and services

    • Ability to navigate complexity and create collaborative, cross-functional solutions

    • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills

    • High degree of organizational skills

    • Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment
