We are currently seeking a Wound Care Clinical Consultant who is responsible for providing effective clinical support, consultation, and training to decision-makers within key customer accounts at medical facilities within our Western territories!
Hours of operations are Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. and after hours on-call rotations.
The Clinical Specialist promotes our Negative Pressure Wound Therapy Program throughout California with occasional trips to our Phoenix, AZ, Chatsworth, CA, Fremont, CA, Santa Fe Springs, CA, and Las Vegas, NV locations. This position is responsible for providing effective clinical support, consultation, and training to decision-makers within key customer accounts, helping the team achieve strategic and revenue goals, providing clinical guidance to the sales and operations teams, assisting the sales team with the execution of in-services for key account rental conversions, conducting clinical rounding to assist with patient outcomes ensuring customer retention. Customer satisfaction and the growth of the NPWT Program will be the main objective for this new position.
