We are looking for a Personal Care Assistant to join our team and provide home health services to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care and assistance to clients in their homes, including activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and light housekeeping. The ideal candidate will have a compassionate nature and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and support to clients.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks.
• Observe changes in the client's physical or mental condition and report any changes to the supervisor.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities as needed.
• Assist with medication reminders.
• Provide emotional support to clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift
• Overnight shift
• Rotating weekends
• Weekends as needed
