Your Commitment To Us:

Applicants with knowledge of trailer/rv repair or previous service department experience are preferred. Must be able to work Saturdays and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment. Must have good communication and customer service skills.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Consult and understand customer needs for the mechanics.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for service, warranty, and repair matters.
• Prioritize required services, and offer options.
• Set and manage the expectations of the service delivery for both the customers and technicians.
• Keep the customer updated on repair needs and completion times.
