Receives inquiries from a queue, documents customer interactions, and inputs tickets. Being a eCommerce Customer Service Representative ensures prompt and proper resolution of customer queries by providing answers, additional information, suggesting products, or escalating/engaging others in the organization to provide a solution according to defined procedures. May require an associate degree. Additionally, eCommerce Customer Service Representative typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The eCommerce Customer Service Representative works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Monitors client waiting area to ensure cleanliness. Documents and maintains client information, service data and other pertinent information within practice management software. Escalates complex matters to senior staff.
