    In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and reply to : policy inquiries related to status, selected data changes, required service forms, documenting all inquiries, and any necessary corresponding actions.

    Perform financial and non-financial transactions necessary to satisfy requests using multiple computer systems and productivity tools.

    And, provide compassion and empathy to our customers by answering a high volume of incoming phone calls with a high degree of quality, accuracy and speed.

    • Help customers while working a full-time schedule that could vary between the hours of 7 am to 8pm, Monday through Friday .
    • Quickly and effectively problem solve and be able to action items effectively to deliver impactful solutions.
    • Effectively convey policy information and company procedures to all customers.
    • Manage and troubleshoot complex customer service issues involving cross functional partners while using advanced technical skills.

    What we are looking for

    • High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution required.
    • Professionals that are action oriented, high energy, personable, mindful, and have a genuine desire to help our customers.
    • A high-quality / high-speed internet connection is required for this role.
    • Proven customer service or call center experience preferred.
    • Advanced computer knowledge including proficiency with MS Office and strong professional typing skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work successfully in a structured fast paced team environment with the ability to meet key performance indicators.
