May require an associate degree. Additionally, eCommerce Customer Service Representative typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The eCommerce Customer Service Representative works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. - Obtain customer feedback through regular follow-up calls, both during and after moves; calmly and professionally handle customer concerns
- Prepare all move-related paperwork and documents
- All other duties as assigned
Job Requirements- High school diploma or GED; Associate degree in a related field is preferred
- At least 6 months - 1 year of sales/customer service experience the understanding of the selling process
- Excellent customer relations skills: effective listening and communication
- Creative problem solver
- Organization time management skills; can adjust priorities as needed
- Confidence to initiate customer contact and comfortable asking for the sale
- Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities
- Basic computer/keyboarding skills
- Demonstrated integrity, ethical standards, and commitment to TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Core Values
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check
