May require an associate degree. Additionally, eCommerce Customer Service Representative typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The eCommerce Customer Service Representative works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. We will train for all office operations which will include:- Creating shipping labels by using ShipWorks.
- Processing orders from E-commerce partners such as Wayfair, Bed Bath & Beyond, Amazon, Houzz, etc.
- Communicating with E-commerce partners' customer care representatives.
- Answering phones, taking orders from furniture stores, and entering into QuickBooks.
Preferred Skills:- E-Commerce experience.
- Experience with populating product spreadsheets.
- Good writing and communication skills.
- Customer relations experience.
- Fluent Spanish is a plus.
Preferred Basic Software Knowledge:- QuickBooks.
- Excel, MS Word.
- Photoshop.
Compensation and Benefits:- $45,000-$60,000 commensurate with skills and experience.
- Paid 5-day yearly vacation and 6 Federal holidays.
- Christmas, New Year and other bonuses.
- Hours: 9 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday.
