Receives inquiries from a queue, documents customer interactions, and inputs tickets. Being a eCommerce Customer Service Representative ensures prompt and proper resolution of customer queries by providing answers, additional information, suggesting products, or escalating/engaging others in the organization to provide a solution according to defined procedures. May require an associate degree. Additionally, eCommerce Customer Service Representative typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The eCommerce Customer Service Representative works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline.     Compensation:

    $14 hourly

    Responsibilities:
    • Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries
    • Refer to customer scripts when working through difficult situations and refer to a supervisor, if necessary
    • Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary
    • Make sure each customer’s complaint is addressed with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction
    • Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction
    Qualifications:
    • Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere
    • Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills

    Must be available 2p-10p

    We are a small family owned call center in Richmond VA. We are seeking a dedicated call center rep for full time or part time hours. Must be available as late as 11p, weekends and holidays are required
