Receives inquiries from a queue, documents customer interactions, and inputs tickets. Being a eCommerce Customer Service Representative ensures prompt and proper resolution of customer queries by providing answers, additional information, suggesting products, or escalating/engaging others in the organization to provide a solution according to defined procedures. May require an associate degree. Additionally, eCommerce Customer Service Representative typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The eCommerce Customer Service Representative works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline.
