• Provides professional move consultations over the phone or in person by asking open-ended, probing questions to determine customer requirements and expectations
• Input information into “Movers Who Care®” software to estimate cost for customers, as well as scheduling requirements for movers, drivers, and trucks.
• Makes recommendations based on customer's needs on services and supplies available
• Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements when scheduling moving services and staff
• Daily prepare all move-related paperwork and documents for the next day’s moves
• Professionally handle unexpected issues and provide timely feedback to customers and management
• Prepares performance reports for management to track sales goals (closing rates, margins, revenue, etc.), customer satisfaction and mystery shop data.
• May participate in various marketing activities including networking, direct mail, and charitable move coordination
• Perform on-site inspections to obtain accurate inventory and moving
• Ensures office is maintained in a clean, organized, and professional manner
• All other duties as assigned
