Receives inquiries from a queue, documents customer interactions, and inputs tickets. Being a eCommerce Customer Service Representative Sr. ensures prompt and proper resolution of customer queries by providing answers, additional information, suggesting products, or escalating/engaging others in the organization to provide a solution according to defined procedures. May require an associate degree. Additionally, eCommerce Customer Service Representative Sr. typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The eCommerce Customer Service Representative Sr. works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. To be a eCommerce Customer Service Representative Sr. typically requires 3-5 years of related experience.
