What You Bring- Contact center experience
- Ability to empathize, maintain an even temperament and diffuse emotion
- Ability to multitask
- Desire to work in a fun and collaborative team environment
- Strong computer skills with a working knowledge of Office products
- Bilingual language skills are a plus
- Ability to work a Monday - Friday schedule (8 am - 5 pm) w/ flexibility
