Retail Reinvented is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our customer service experience team! You will provide customer service and support via phone, e-mail, and Live Chat to retail customers using HubSpot customer service platform. You will also be asked to process orders and modifications and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.
Candidates with experience in consumer electronic, especially the computer industry are preferred. Ongoing training and knowledge-building exercises will prepare you to help customers and vendors complete orders for our growing ecommerce business.
To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.
