Have adequate product knowledge to offer alternatives. The individual in this role must have the product knowledge and the necessary skills to resolve a wide array of inquiries. Quotations are the primary contact for our ITWFEG manufacturer representatives, ITWFEG Sales Directors, ITWFEG Territory Sales Managers, as well as customers, key dealers, and other influencers of product purchase decisions. Tight constraints are common.
