The eCommerce Customer Support Representative is responsible for customer service support tasks including reviewing and processing orders, providing order and product support to customers through verbal and written communication, and assisting the team with sales generating projects.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

• Provide high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service (phone, chat, & email)
• Assess customer needs and aid with orders and products
• Maintain an organized work-space with multi-tasking capability
• Work within a team to complete tasks and achieve goals
• Review and improve product data for the benefit of our customers (automotive and outdoor living focused)
