POSITION: CUSTOMER SUPPORT MANAGER (Maintenance)
REPORTS TO: ASSISTANT PORTFOLIO MANAGER and/or PORTFOLIO MANAGER
SUMMARY:
Under the direction of your supervisor, this position is accountable for the coordinating of routine maintenance tasks in the portfolio by supervising a team of Customer Support Specialists whose job it is to provide excellent customer service to residents.
