Position Information:
This position is regularly the point-of-contact for the Technology Help Desk receiving calls, responding to support tickets, resolving lower-level support tickets, and routing support tickets. Additionally, this position provides on-site technical support to a variety of sites. The main focus of this assignment will be to coordinate the intake and outtake of devices before and after they are repaired. This position will provide tech support at district Board meetings through August of 2024, these meetings are held in the evening 2-3 times per month. The person in this position will be expected to work in July of 2024 and be compensated by timesheet for those hours.
Shift Details: 8 hours per day /220 day per year work calendar/Continuing Position
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Hourly Rate / Salary: $31.16 per hour

Required Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- A high school diploma or recognized equivalent, and
- At least one (1) year of work experience in a technical and/or customer service role.
Licenses and Special Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- ITIL v4 Foundation Certification (or ability to obtain within 1 year of hire)
- Required to travel to and from the various District sites to provide technical support using a vehicle (must have a reliable method of transportation).
Preferred Qualificaitons:
Bi-lingual/Multilingual preferred, but not required.
